Roles and Responsibilities
Manage multiple & complex leave systems across org - manual, biometrics, Success factors, lead generation tools etc.
Manage day to day aspects of all leave systems and produce reports for insights and actions
Manage all leave process such as activation, discontinuation, batch closures, comp off, various leave applications and processing on daily basis.
Exposure to Automation aspects wrt leave and attendance tracking and measurements.
Knowledge of success factors and other attendance tools are must have.
Work with multiple stakeholders such as business ops, HRBP's, HR Systems, Employee Experience etc.
Working Experience on SAP R3 is Mandatory
