Job Summary Centre Point Soft Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Data Scientist (Fresher) to join our Data Science & Technical Operations Department. This role is ideal for candidates at the beginning of their career who are interested in combining data analysis, reporting, system support, and user training. The position offers hands-on exposure to real-world systems, customer interactions, and analytical problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Respond to user and client queries via phone, email, in-person, and remote access tools Provide technical assistance related to system setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting Support and analyze issues related to software, hardware, and computer systems Train end users on system usage, tools, and best practices Assist internal teams by training staff on problem diagnosis and troubleshooting techniques Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve training methods and system efficiency Prepare, write, and maintain training manuals and technical documentation Generate reports and analyze recurring issues, complaints, and system performance trends Support data-driven improvements to technical operations and user experience Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (IT, Computer Science, Data Science preferred) Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and system troubleshooting Familiarity with computer systems, software applications, and technical support processes Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Willingness to learn data tools, analytics concepts, and business systems Ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Exposure to Excel, SQL, Python, or reporting tools Understanding of incident analysis, root cause analysis, or ticketing systems Interest in transitioning into Data Analytics or Data Science roles Prior internship or academic project experience in IT, analytics, or support Compensation ๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary Range: โ‚น10,266.83 โ€“ โ‚น66,781.14 per month Benefits ๐Ÿฅ Health Insurance ๐Ÿงพ Provident Fund (PF) ๐Ÿ– Paid Time Off ๐Ÿค’ Paid Sick Leave Work Location ๐Ÿ“ Chennai, Tamil Nadu ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ป Mode: In-Person
