Job Summary Pyramidion Solutions Private Limited is seeking a skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our Data Science & Analytics Department. The ideal candidate will work on extracting insights from complex datasets, building predictive models, and supporting data-driven business decisions. This role is open to freshers as well as experienced professionals with strong analytical and technical capabilities. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, process, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets Perform data mining to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Design, develop, and validate machine learning and statistical models Apply machine learning, predictive analytics, and operations research techniques to solve business problems Build data-driven solutions to improve decision-making and operational efficiency Develop and maintain analytical reports and dashboards using BI tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions Present findings and insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across analytics workflows Required Skills & Qualifications Proven knowledge or hands-on experience in Data Science or Data Analysis Strong understanding of data mining, machine learning, and operations research concepts Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL Solid foundation in statistics, algebra, and mathematical modeling Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to understand business problems and convert them into data-driven solutions Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Familiarity with Scala, Java, or C++ Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau Exposure to big data frameworks like Hadoop or Spark Graduate degree in Data Science or a quantitative field Knowledge of end-to-end data pipelines and model deployment concepts Education Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Master’s degree in Data Science or a quantitative discipline is a plus Compensation 💰 Annual Salary Range: ₹5,88,582.47 – ₹18,45,430.60 Benefits Provident Fund (PF) Stable permanent employment Opportunity to work on real-world data science projects Work Location 📍 Chennai, Tamil Nadu 🧑‍💻 Mode: In-Person
