*Job Title: Data Analytics – Sales & Outstanding* *Company Name* : Kala Genset *Department* : CIA (Cost Performance, Intelligence & Analytics) *Location* : Pune *Work Mode* : Work From Office *Experience* : 0 – 4 Years *CTC* : Upto ₹3.0 – ₹4.0 LPA (based on skills and experience) *Position Summary* Kala Genset is looking for a Data Analytics – Sales & Outstanding Executive to support sales performance tracking and receivables monitoring. The role focuses on analyzing sales data, customer outstanding, and dealer payment behavior, enabling management to take timely and data-driven decisions. *Key Responsibilities* * Track daily sales and outstanding data from ERP systems * Monitor dealer-wise, region-wise, and product-wise sales performance * Prepare outstanding aging reports and highlight overdue/critical accounts * Analyze actual sales vs targets and identify deviations * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards * Track credit limits, blocked orders, and delayed collections * Coordinate with Sales and Accounts Receivable teams for data validation * Support collection follow-ups through exception and defaulter reports * Assist in analysis of discounts, schemes, and credit notes impact * Maintain accurate data records for internal audit and management reviews *Key Activities* * Daily download and cleaning of sales & receivable data from ERP * Weekly reporting of Top Outstanding Dealers * Monthly dashboards for Sales Head, Finance, and Management * Prepare collection vs dispatch summaries * Perform basic trend analysis and customer aging analysis * Support forecasting using historical sales and payment patterns *Qualification & Experience* 1. *Education:* * B.E. / B.Com / BBA / B.Sc. * MBA (Finance / Marketing / Analytics) – Preferred 2. *Experience:* * 0–4 years in sales analytics, MIS, receivables, or business analytics * Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills may apply *Skill Requirements* * Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Charts) * Basic knowledge of Power BI (preferred) * Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / others) * Understanding of sales processes, invoicing, and receivables * Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills * High attention to detail and data accuracy *Why Join Kala Genset* * Excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals * Hands-on exposure to real-time business data and analytics * Growth path into advanced analytics, finance, or business intelligence roles Regards, Placement Team Henry Harvin Education
