Job Summary
R&D Instrument Services is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across multiple online platforms. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, driving qualified leads, and supporting business growth through data-driven digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising
Manage and grow the company’s presence on Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Perform keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and website optimization to improve search rankings
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Create, manage, and publish engaging digital content including blogs, creatives, videos, and landing pages
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
Education
Any Graduate (Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred)
Experience
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
Required Skills
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign reporting tools
Experience managing websites using WordPress
Knowledge of keyword research tools such as SEMrush
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
Experience with email marketing and automation tools
Understanding of brand marketing and lead generation strategies
Soft Skills
Strong communication and creative thinking abilities
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good time management and multitasking skills
