The role involves user support, system setup, troubleshooting, and coordination with IT teams and vendors. *Key Responsibilities* Provide user support via phone, email, and chat. Perform remote and desk-side troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and applications. Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and security updates. Manage IT assets and software licenses. Resolve common issues such as password resets, email access, network connectivity, and hardware faults. Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors. *Requirements* 1–3 years of experience in IT/Desktop Support. Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
