About MagicWorks MagicWorks is a forward-thinking Indian Digital Marketing and AI Automation company that partners with businesses to drive growth through AI solutions, digital transformation, and performance marketing strategies Job Overview MagicWorks is seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Social Media Marketing (Organic & Paid) and working knowledge of SEO fundamentals. The ideal candidate will manage brand presence across social platforms, execute paid campaigns, support SEO initiatives, and contribute to data-driven growth strategies. Experience with Google Ads is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Marketing (Organic & Paid) Plan, create, and execute organic social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) Manage content calendars, captions, posting schedules, and coordinate creatives with design teams Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build active online communities Execute and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) aligned with lead generation, traffic, and brand objectives Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and formats, and share actionable insights 2. SEO & Website Support Support on-page SEO activities including keyword mapping, meta tags, internal linking, and content optimization Coordinate with content teams to develop SEO-driven blogs, landing pages, and website content Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and SEO performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 3. Paid Search (Added Advantage) Execute and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Remarketing) Assist with keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance optimization 4. Reporting & Performance Analysis Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for social media, paid campaigns, and SEO Analyze metrics and ROI to recommend data-backed optimizations and improvements Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in organic social media management and paid social advertising Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, and best practices Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website optimization Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console Basic creative sense for captions, hooks, and content direction Strong analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics and ROI Added Advantages Hands-on experience with Google Ads execution Experience working in digital marketing agencies or handling multiple client accounts Familiarity with marketing automation, CRO tools, or landing page optimization What We’re Looking For A balanced marketer with expertise in both brand building and performance marketing Proactive, detail-oriented professional comfortable working across multiple channels Strong collaboration skills to work with designers, content writers, and performance teams
