Job Overview
CloudXtreme is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid media platforms, social media tools, and data-driven campaign optimization, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and emerging AI-powered marketing technologies.
This role requires close coordination with internal teams, data analysis for performance improvement, and ownership of end-to-end digital campaigns targeting global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and display channels
Execute campaigns using platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (YouTube, Performance Max, DV360)
Manage and schedule content using social media management tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social
Ensure campaigns align with business goals, timelines, and budgets
Paid Media & Platform Expertise
Manage campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X (Twitter) advertising platforms
Optimize ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
Perform A/B testing and campaign calibration to maximize ROI and performance
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
Translate data into actionable recommendations for continuous performance improvement
Use AI-powered marketing tools for campaign optimization, reporting, and workflow automation
Collaboration & Operations
Work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Use project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or Jira to track deliverables
Prepare performance reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
Bonus Exposure (Preferred)
Experience targeting North American markets
Familiarity with platforms such as Reddit Ads Manager, Spotify Ad Studio, Uber Ads, Waze Ads
Exposure to Digital Out of Home (DOOH) platforms like Vistar, Pattison, Broadsign
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
B.Tech / B.E. candidates are also welcome
Experience
1–3 years of experience managing and coordinating digital marketing or paid media campaigns
