Job Summary QCS DC Labs is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage lead generation and brand growth for Red Hat training programs. The role focuses on paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, and marketing automation, working closely with sales teams to drive high-quality leads and conversions. Key Responsibilities Paid Campaigns & Lead Generation Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Generate qualified leads and continuously improve CPL and conversion rates Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and closure alignment SEO & Website Optimization Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies Improve organic rankings through blogs, backlinks, and keyword optimization Monitor website performance using analytics tools Social Media & Brand Building Manage and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter Create content plans, reels, videos, and engagement campaigns Strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement Email & WhatsApp Marketing Execute email campaigns for certification and training programs Automate lead nurturing using drip campaigns and follow-ups Use WhatsApp marketing for learner engagement and conversions Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports Optimize campaigns based on ROI, lead quality, and performance insights Required Skills & Qualifications 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or paid advertising Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools Knowledge of content marketing, email automation, and social media growth Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment Key Skills Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Paid Advertising, SEO, Google Analytics, Email Automation, Meta Business Suite, Content Marketing, CRM Tools
