Job Overview Global Enterprise Tech Resources Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated SAP FICO Consultant (Fresher / Junior) to join its SAP consulting team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for finance professionals who have completed SAP FICO training or worked as FICO end users and are looking to transition into a consulting role. The candidate will support SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support activities across client projects. 🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities SAP FICO Implementation & Support Assist in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) implementation and support projects. Support configuration and testing of FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting. Assist in CO modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders. Business Process & Integration Support Understand and document business requirements related to finance and controlling processes. Support integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP. Assist in financial reporting, period-end closing activities, and reconciliation processes. Client & Documentation Support Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test cases. Provide end-user support, issue resolution, and basic training to business users. Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. 🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications Education MBA / PGDM in Finance CA / ICWA / CMA M.Com Experience 0–2 years of experience in SAP FICO (Consulting / Support / End User). Candidates with 3+ years of domain experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling are preferred for trainee-to-consultant transition roles.
