Job Overview Kapil Group, through its training division Infoz IT Solutions / Teks Academy, is seeking an experienced and passionate SAP FICO Trainer to deliver high-quality SAP FICO training programs. The role involves teaching Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules with real-time business scenarios, hands-on system practice, and career-oriented guidance to students and professionals. Key Roles & Responsibilities Training Delivery Deliver in-depth SAP FICO training covering FI & CO modules. Conduct classroom and online training sessions as per schedule. Explain end-to-end business processes, SAP configuration, and module integration concepts. Hands-on & Real-Time Scenarios Train students using real-time business scenarios and practical SAP system exercises. Demonstrate ERP implementation concepts and SAP S/4HANA FICO functionalities. Curriculum & Content Development Prepare, update, and maintain course materials, presentations, assignments, case studies, and lab exercises. Customize training content based on batch requirements and industry trends. Student Support & Mentorship Clarify student doubts and provide continuous technical guidance. Support students in SAP certification preparation, interview readiness, and career guidance. Evaluate student performance through assessments and practical assignments. Continuous Learning Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA FICO updates, ERP best practices, and industry developments. Incorporate new SAP features and real-world use cases into training modules. 🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications Education Any Graduate Experience Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Consulting / Support / End-User).
