Internship Overview
Techlanz is looking for a creative, high-energy Digital Marketing Intern to join its growth-focused marketing team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to content creation, social media marketing, AI-powered creative tools, branding, and lead generation across both B2B and B2C channels.
You will work closely with the Founder and Sales Team, owning the end-to-end creative process—from strategy and design to execution and analytics—making this an ideal opportunity for candidates who want real-world startup exposure.
🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution
Design and execute weekly and monthly content plans aligned with marketing objectives.
Create engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Creative Design & Branding
Design banners, brochures, posters, and promotional creatives using Canva and professional design tools.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing materials.
Video, Photography & AI Tools
Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn videos.
Perform on-site photography and videography during events, exhibitions, or product shoots.
Use Generative AI tools for image, audio, and video creation to speed up content workflows.
Social Media & Community Management
Manage daily social media activities including scheduling, posting, engagement, and trend tracking.
Build and nurture online communities through consistent interaction and content optimization.
Growth & Viral Marketing
Develop and implement viral marketing strategies for B2B and B2C audiences.
Execute organic lead generation campaigns using compelling CTAs and storytelling techniques.
Analytics & Reporting
Track social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
Analyze performance data and suggest improvements for better campaign outcomes.
Sales Enablement
Collaborate with the sales team to create sales collateral and marketing assets that clearly communicate product value.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
Education:
Any Graduate
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Advertising, or Mass Communication (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media (internships included)
