Job Overview Samundra Institute of Maritime Studies (SIMS) is seeking a proactive and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing initiatives that support student admissions, brand visibility, and institutional growth. The role focuses on lead generation, performance marketing, social media engagement, and content coordination across multiple digital platforms. 🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities Digital Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other online platforms. Manage performance-driven lead generation campaigns for courses, admissions, and educational programs. Social Media Marketing Handle end-to-end social media marketing including content planning, scheduling, posting, engagement, and analytics. Monitor audience engagement and optimize content strategies to improve reach and conversions. Website, SEO & SEM Manage and update website content, landing pages, and blogs with SEO-friendly practices. Execute SEO and SEM activities to improve organic search visibility and paid campaign performance. Content & Creative Coordination Coordinate with content writers and designers for creatives, videos, banners, and promotional materials. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. Prepare periodic performance reports with insights and recommendations. Email & Messaging Campaigns Execute email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns for student communication, follow-ups, and promotions. Admissions & Market Support Support admission teams with seasonal campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Monitor and analyze digital marketing trends within the education and maritime training sector. 🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications Education: Any Graduate Experience: 0–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing 🧠 Key Skills & Competencies Digital Marketing & Online Marketing Social Media Marketing & Social Media Optimization (SMO) Google Ads & Meta Ads Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & SEM Email Marketing & WhatsApp Campaigns Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite Canva & basic creative coordination CRM & Lead Management (basic understanding) Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills 🌟 Why Join SIMS?
