Job Overview Reliance Industries Limited is seeking a SAP Executive (Business Analyst) with hands-on exposure to SAP MM, SD, and FICO modules. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze operational and financial processes, translate business requirements into SAP solutions, and support ERP-driven digital transformation initiatives within the renewable energy vertical. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Process Analysis Analyze end-to-end business processes related to Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, and Financial Accounting Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities aligned with SAP best practices 2. Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and document business requirements Translate business needs into functional requirements for SAP MM, SD, and FICO 3. SAP Solution Design Design and recommend SAP-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency Support configuration and customization requirements in MM, SD, and FICO modules 4. Documentation & Process Mapping Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and process flow diagrams Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation 5. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination Act as a liaison between business users, SAP functional teams, and implementation partners Ensure alignment of objectives throughout the project lifecycle 6. Testing & Validation Assist in preparing test cases, test scenarios, and UAT plans Support testing activities to validate SAP solutions against business requirements 7. Training & Post-Go-Live Support Develop user training materials and conduct end-user training sessions Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution 8. Change Management Manage change requests related to business processes and SAP configurations Ensure proper communication, approval, and documentation of changes Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Experience 1 – 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or SAP Executive Hands-on exposure to SAP MM, SD, and FICO modules Experience in SAP configuration, enhancement, or support is an added advantage Required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of Materials Management and Financial Accounting processes Proficiency in business process mapping and requirements gathering Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills SAP MM / SD / FICO Certification (added advantage) Exposure to SAP implementation or rollout projects Experience in Power / Renewable Energy / Manufacturing domains
