Job Overview
We are looking for SAP BASIS trained freshers or junior SAP BASIS professionals with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to build a strong foundation in SAP system administration and technical support. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time SAP landscapes while working under the guidance of experienced SAP BASIS consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Perform basic SAP BASIS administration activities for ECC and S/4HANA systems
Monitor SAP systems and perform daily health checks
Handle user administration, role assignments, and authorization support
Monitor background jobs, system logs, and system performance
Support transport management (TMS) and transport monitoring
Assist in system refresh, client copy, and housekeeping activities
Support kernel upgrades, support packs, and patch management
Coordinate with functional teams and follow defined support procedures
Escalate issues to senior BASIS consultants when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
SAP BASIS training or certification (mandatory for freshers)
Basic understanding of SAP architecture
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
Technical Skills
SAP ECC / S/4HANA basics
User administration & system monitoring
Transport Management System (TMS)
Basic system troubleshooting concepts
Soft Skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong learning attitude and adaptability
Willingness to work in support shifts
