Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, student engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across paid and organic digital channels and strong analytical skills to drive ROI-focused campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, display, and other digital platforms Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media channels Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads, etc.) Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve ROI Analyze audience behavior, market trends, and competitor activities Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives Prepare detailed performance reports, dashboards, and insights for management Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and communication channels Required Skills & Qualifications Education Any Graduate (Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred) Experience 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Technical Skills Social Media Marketing & Content Management Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) Digital Campaign Planning & Execution Analytics & Performance Tracking Budget Optimization & ROI Analysis Soft Skills Strong communication and coordination skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively across teams Creativity with data-driven decision-making What We Offer Opportunity to work with a reputed academic institution Exposure to large-scale digital campaigns in the education sector Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Competitive compensation and long-term career growth
