Position Overview We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive – Social Media to lead and execute the company’s social media strategy. The ideal candidate will combine content creativity with data-driven marketing, managing both organic and paid campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Key Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives Manage and grow the company’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms Create engaging content including posts, creatives, short videos, reels, and interactive formats Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement and lead generation Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads) to drive traffic and conversions Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on insights Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and strong audience engagement Track trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve performance Required Qualifications & Skills Experience 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Executive or similar role Technical Skills Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads Proficiency in Canva for designing social media creatives Understanding of campaign analytics, performance tracking, and optimization Soft Skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Willingness to learn, adapt, and experiment with new ideas Education UG: Any Graduate Benefits & Perks Access to training programs, workshops, and learning resources for skill enhancement Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Flexible work schedules and strong work-life balance Leave Policy: 12 Casual Leaves + 6 Sick Leaves Regular employee engagement activities, team-building events, and HR initiatives Work Location & Commute 📍 Mira Road (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra Candidates must be able to commute to Mira Road on a daily basis.
