Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and motivated Junior Growth Marketing Executive to support demand generation and growth marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for candidates early in their marketing careers who are eager to learn, experiment, and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in lead generation and lead nurturing activities, including campaign setup and tracking
Support content development and updates across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (design agencies, content writers, marketing partners)
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as leads, CTRs, and conversions
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth and positioning opportunities
Support execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and web channels
Help document marketing processes, workflows, and best practices
Assist in managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Graduates from any discipline with relevant marketing exposure are welcome
Experience
0–2 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles
Internship or academic project experience is acceptable
Technical & Functional Skills
Basic understanding of growth marketing and digital marketing concepts
Familiarity with tools such as:
Google Analytics
Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar – good to have)
CRM systems like Salesforce (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to manage and track campaigns across multiple platforms
Soft Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously
Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt quickly
