The role includes a 6-month probation and training period, during which you will work closely with senior team members to customize, configure, and maintain Salesforce platforms in alignment with business requirements. Upon successful completion of the probation period, you will be offered a permanent position with long-term career growth opportunities. *Key Responsibilities* * Assist in customization, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce platforms * Support Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) * Perform Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, permissions, and data management * Work with senior developers and administrators on Sales, Service, Financial Service, Health Cloud, and Agentforce implementations * Understand business requirements and help translate them into Salesforce solutions * Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues to ensure smooth platform performance * Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation activities * Continuously learn Salesforce tools, features, and best practices *Skills & Requirements* * Basic knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC) * Basic understanding of Salesforce administration (users, profiles, roles, permissions, data management) * Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Financial Service, Health Cloud) is a plus * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail and commitment to quality work Regards, Placement Team
