*Project* : National High Speed Rail Co-operation
*Contractor* : L&T Construction – Buildings & Factories IC
*Location* : Train Maintenance Depot, Antroli (Adjacent to Surat–Nagpur Line)
*Working Hours* : 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6 Days a Week)
*Salary* : ₹2.4 – ₹3.6 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and proficiency in Japanese)
*Role Overview*
We are hiring a Japanese Language Translator (JLPT N3 certified) to support communication and coordination for the National High Speed Rail Co-operation Project (Package C4). The role involves translation and interpretation between Japanese and English/Hindi to ensure smooth project execution and collaboration between teams.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide on-site Japanese to English/Hindi interpretation support
* Translate technical documents, reports, emails, and project communications
* Assist Japanese officials and Indian project teams in meetings and discussions
* Support coordination between Japanese and Indian stakeholders
* Maintain confidentiality of project-related information
* Ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations
*Eligibility Criteria*
* JLPT N3 certification (Mandatory)
* Good command of Japanese, English, and Hindi
* Basic understanding of construction/engineering terminology (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to work on-site at the project location
*Preferred Skills*
* Prior experience in translation or interpretation
* Experience working on infrastructure or construction projects
* Professional attitude and time management skills
