The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets, creating reports, and generating insights to support business operations. *Key Responsibilities:* * Analyze and manage large datasets using Microsoft Excel. * Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and MIS reports in Excel. * Use advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, and conditional formatting. * Perform data cleaning, validation, and formatting to ensure accuracy. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Excel-based reports for management. * Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel formulas and shortcuts. * Identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies in data. * Work closely with internal teams to provide data-driven insights. *Required Skills:* * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must-have) * Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and complex formulas. * Ability to manage and analyze large Excel datasets efficiently. * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. * Good analytical and problem-solving skills. * Basic understanding of data reporting and MIS preparation. *Preferred Skills (Good to Have):* * Basic knowledge of Excel dashboards or Power Query. * Familiarity with basic SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
