*Job Overview:*
We are hiring Trainee Medical Scribes who will assist physicians by documenting patient–doctor interactions in real time. This role requires strong written English skills, attention to detail, and an interest in the healthcare field.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Accurately document physician–patient encounters in real time.
* Maintain and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
* Assist physicians with clinical documentation and patient charting.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical documentation.
* Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
**Required Skills:*
* Excellent Written English and grammar.
* Good listening and comprehension skills.
* Fast typing and attention to detail.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Interest in medical terminology and healthcare processes.
