Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant (Payroll Module) Company : Seppin Labs Location : Bangalore Experience : 0–2 Years Joining : Immediate Salary & Growth: * ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month during the first 4 months * Salary package up to ₹3 LPA after successful completion of initial period Key Responsibilities: * Support SAP HCM Payroll module configuration and operations * Assist in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and reporting * Maintain and update employee payroll records in SAP HCM * Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll * Support documentation, reports, and payroll reconciliations * Assist in resolving basic SAP HCM Payroll issues Skills: * Basic knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll module * Understanding of payroll processes, salary components, and statutory compliance * Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with other HR modules (EC, Time Management) * Good communication and problem-solving skills
