*About the Role*
We are looking for a detail-oriented Patent Drafting Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have experience in patent drafting and the ability to convert complex technical inventions into precise and well-structured patent documentation.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Patent Drafting: Prepare high-quality provisional and complete patent specifications for scientific and technical inventions.
* FER Handling: Draft responses for First Examination Reports (FER) and prepare hearing written submissions.
* Prior Art Search: Conduct comprehensive searches to determine the novelty and patentability of inventions.
* Claim Drafting: Develop strategic patent claims to ensure strong legal protection for client innovations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with inventors to understand technical concepts and coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with patent office requirements.
