*Job Title: HR Executive* *Company* : Protouch *Location* : Gurgaon *Working Days* : 5.5 days (1st & 3rd Saturdays off; other Saturdays working) *Experience* : 1 to 2 Years *Salary* : Up to ₹3 LPA *Job Description* We are looking for a proactive and passionate HR Executive with experience in recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes and building a strong talent pipeline for Protouch. *Key Responsibilities* * Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs * Define job requirements and selection criteria * Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, professional networks, etc.) * Plan and conduct interviews, including screening calls and in-person interviews * Evaluate candidate profiles, resumes, and contact details * Design job descriptions and interview questions aligned with role requirements * Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates * Develop and execute at least one HR initiative that positively impacts employees and business *Required Skills* * Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Sourcing and networking skills (LinkedIn, job portals, social media) * Interviewing and candidate assessment skills * Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously * Good organizational and time management skills * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Basic knowledge of HR tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) *Requirements* * Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously * Proactive and result-oriented approach Regards, Placement Team
