*Role Overview:*
We are looking for AI Language Experts who can evaluate and enhance AI-generated responses with a strong focus on personalization, accuracy, and linguistic quality. This role involves prompt creation, response analysis, and quality evaluation of AI systems.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Design and execute multi-turn conversational prompts (1–5 turns)
* Evaluate AI responses based on personalization intent and relevance
* Identify hallucinations, grounding issues, and incorrect inferences
* Perform Side-by-Side (SxS) comparisons and rank model outputs
* Assess how effectively personal context is integrated into responses
* Write clear, structured evaluation rationales
* Extract and verify debug information from outputs
* Maintain strict data hygiene by securely deleting evaluation data
*Required Skills:*
* High proficiency in at least one listed language (reading & writing)
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Experience in prompt engineering or AI evaluation
* Excellent written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
*Preferred Experience* :
* Data annotation
* AI quality evaluation
* Content moderation or related roles
*Requirements:*
* Desktop/Laptop with stable internet connection
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
