This role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about talent acquisition, skilled in LinkedIn sourcing, and capable of handling generalist HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination * Perform LinkedIn sourcing, headhunting, and candidate outreach (mandatory skill) * Utilize job portals and alternative sourcing methods to build strong talent pipelines * Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidate fit * Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and timely closures * Handle multiple open positions and ensure timely hiring * Manage onboarding and joining formalities * Maintain employee records and documentation * Support attendance management, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination * Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations *Required Skills* * Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment (mandatory) * Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment * Good understanding of HR generalist functions *Preferred Candidate Profile* * Experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruitment Executive / HR Recruiter / Hiring Manager * Candidates from recruitment consultancy backgrounds will be highly preferred * 1–3 years of relevant experience * MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred *Regards* , Placement Team
