Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Shift: Day Shift Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary Hiring certified Medical Coders to review and analyze medical records. Responsible for assigning accurate diagnostic and procedural codes. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and coding regulations. Key Responsibilities - Review patient medical records and documentation. - Assign appropriate codes (ICD, CPT, HCPCS). - Ensure accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines. - Maintain confidentiality of patient data. - Coordinate with healthcare professionals for clarifications. - Achieve productivity and quality targets. - Stay updated with the latest coding standards and updates. Eligibility Criteria - Mandatory certification: CPC / CRC / CCS (any one). - Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding systems. - Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills. - Certified freshers are welcome to apply. Training & Salary Structure - 15 Days: Free Training - 1 Month: ₹8,000 (Paid Training) - 3 Months: ₹12,000/month (Internship) - 6 Months: ₹15,000/month (Trainee) - Post Confirmation: ₹2.8 – ₹3.6 LPA + Incentives Additional Information - 1-year service agreement is mandatory. - Original documents submission required. - Performance-based career growth opportunities.
