The ideal candidate must be fluent in Italian and English to effectively coordinate with international stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams. *Key Responsibilities* • Design RCC and steel structures (beams & columns) as per relevant codes • Prepare and review structural drawings and BOQs • Supervise site activities including structural erection and alignment • Ensure quality control and compliance with IS and Eurocodes • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers • Monitor project timelines and ensure structural safety standards • Maintain technical documentation and reporting • Ensure compliance with Maharashtra construction regulations and approvals *Required Qualifications & Skills* • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) • Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP2000 • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit (BIM preferred) • Understanding of Eurocodes and Indian Standard Codes • Experience in precast / cast-in-situ structural systems (preferred) • Knowledge of erection methodologies and safety protocols • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills *Language Requirement (Mandatory)* • Fluent in Italian (spoken & written) • Fluent in English (spoken & written) *Additional Preferred Skills* • Experience in industrial or commercial projects • Knowledge of Maharashtra construction regulations • Project coordination and team handling abilities • Willingness to travel across project sites in Maharashtra *Regards* , Placement Team
