*Job Title: MIS Executive / Data Analyst* *Company* : Shri Devji Baba Textiles Pvt. Ltd. *Location* : Hyderabad *Salary* : ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month *Experience* : 0–3 Years *Job Summary* We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive / Data Analyst to manage data reporting, analysis, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate will support business decision-making by providing accurate and timely insights across departments. *Key Responsibilities* * Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review. * Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. * Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports. * Coordinate with departments such as Sales, HR, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate data submission. * Automate reports and data processes to improve efficiency. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across systems. * Maintain and update employee, sales, and operational data as required. * Assist management in preparing presentations, MIS summaries, and performance analysis. * Handle ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical support. * Work with IT teams to resolve reporting or system-related issues. *Skills & Competencies* * Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.) * Good understanding of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (preferred) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * High attention to detail and data accuracy * Good communication and coordination abilities * Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks efficiently *Qualification & Experience* * Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or related field * Experience: 0–3 years in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles * Freshers with strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply * Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Timely and accurate report delivery * Data quality and consistency * Efficiency in automating reports * Responsiveness to management and departmental needs *Regards* , Placement Team
