Complete configuration for Creation of Routes Plants and STO process both from SD and MM. Master data maintenancefor Tax related condition types uploading of tax records through LSMW. Functional Specification creation for all the Z requirements and changes. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify interpret validate and document customer requirements Map client business requirements processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs in consultation with SPOCK head. Design customize configure and testing of all SD processes in DCM. Resolving issues and doing changes in SAP related to integration with interfaces. Master data creation/ updation or extension of customer master and material master for some urgent requirement Act as liasion with client for troubleshooting: investigate analyse and solve software problems. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues; Document functional designs test cases and results. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Work self- directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
