*Job Title: HR Executive* *Company* : PMSPL *Location* : Okhla Phase-2, Delhi *Salary* : ₹4.2 – ₹4.8 LPA *Experience Required* : 1–3 Years (NGO background preferred) *Job Summary* : PMSPL is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with HR software, and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently. *Key Responsibilities* : • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding • Manage employee onboarding and documentation • Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination • Support HR operations, compliance, and policy implementation • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions • Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data • Assist in performance management and employee grievance handling • Work closely with internal teams for smooth HR functioning • Ensure proper usage and maintenance of ATS and ZOHO software *Requirements* : • MBA / Master’s degree in HR or related field • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience • Preference will be given to candidates with NGO sector experience • Hands-on experience with ZOHO and ATS software • Good understanding of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and HR operations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills *Key Skills* : • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • HR Operations • Employee Engagement • Payroll & Attendance Management • HR Compliance • Onboarding & Documentation • MIS Reporting • ZOHO HRMS • ATS Software Handling • Communication & Coordination Skills Regards, Placement Team
