*About the Role*
VNV Foods Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented International Call Center Executives with German (A1 level or above) for its newly launched international process in Amritsar.
We are looking for confident communicators who can engage with German-speaking customers and support international sales and customer service operations.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Handle outbound international calls to German-speaking customers
* Meet daily and monthly calling and sales targets
* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
* Perform upselling and cross-selling activities
* Follow up on leads, inquiries, and promotional campaigns
* Maintain accurate customer interaction records
* Coordinate with international back-office and sales teams (Netherlands process support)
* Provide after-sales support and customer service
* Share daily performance reports with team leaders
*Required Skills*
* Strong German communication skills (A1 or above)
* Strong English communication (mandatory)
* Good persuasion and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer and email communication knowledge
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a target-driven international BPO environment
*Eligibility Criteria*
* Minimum Graduation in any stream
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
* Prior experience in international BPO / tele-sales is a plus
