Hiring: Data Analyst – E-commerce & Growth Analytics Company: KindLife.in Location: Gurugram (On-site) Working Days: Monday to Friday (Day Shift) Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA About Kindlife kindlife is transforming the beauty and wellness industry through innovation and AI-powered personalization. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio. - Create and automate MIS reports to track business and operational KPIs. - Analyze user engagement, retention, cohorts, and campaign performance using CleverTap. - Generate actionable insights to improve revenue, conversion, and customer experience. - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Tech teams on business analytics and reporting. - Conduct ad-hoc analysis on sales, inventory, pricing, and customer behavior. - Support A/B testing and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity. Requirements - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in e-commerce or consumer-focused businesses. - Strong expertise in SQL and Looker Studio. - Good understanding of statistics, data modeling, and analytics. - Experience with CleverTap or similar analytics tools. - Basic knowledge of Python/R is an added advantage. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
