*Job Description – French Language Specialist* *Company* : Soterius Life Sciences India Private Limited *Department* : Medical Information / Medical Affairs *Employment Type* : Full-Time *French Language Requirement* : C1/C2 Level (Mandatory) *Salary* : ₹10–20 LPA *Experience* : 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply) *Location* : Remote (Work from Home) *Shift* : Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST, supporting US EST) *Role Overview* Soterius Life Sciences is looking for highly proficient French-speaking healthcare professionals to join our Medical Information team. The Associate will serve as a key contact for patients, consumers, and healthcare professionals, providing accurate, evidence-based, and compliant medical information in both French and English. *Key Responsibilities* • Respond to medical enquiries, adverse event reports, and product quality complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels. • Handle interactions with French-speaking patients, consumers, and healthcare professionals. • Provide accurate and scientifically balanced medical information within defined timelines. • Document and maintain enquiry records in relevant databases and systems. • Support quality review and quality assurance activities. • Assist in developing and updating FAQs and Standard Response Documents (SRDs). • Participate in project setup, validation, and training activities. • Ensure compliance with client requirements, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines. • Perform additional duties assigned by management. *Eligibility Criteria* • B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc./M.Sc.
