*Job Title : HR Intern* *Company* : Unicraft Tech *Location* : Remote *Duration* : Internship *Stipend* : ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month *Interview Process* : 3–4 rounds *About the Role* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Employer Branding. *Key Responsibilities* * Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms. * Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels. * Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls. * Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates. * Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. * Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback. * Assist in creating employer branding and recruitment-related content. * Support HR campaigns, hiring announcements, and social media engagement activities. *Requirements* * Pursuing or recently completed MBA, BBA, HR, or a related field. * Good knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment. * Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage. * Interest in HR operations, hiring, and employer branding. *What You'll Gain* * Hands-on experience in recruitment and staffing. * Exposure to real-world HR operations and hiring processes. * Opportunity to develop sourcing, screening, and communication skills. * Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. * Practical knowledge of employer branding and HR content creation.
