*Job Title: Instructional Designer* *Company* : CHRP – INDIA Private Limited *Location* : Hyderabad *Salary Range* : ₹2.5 – ₹6 LPA *Experience Required* : 0– 4 Years *Position Summary* CHRP – INDIA Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join the Learning & Development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing engaging, learner-centric, and impactful training content across online, classroom, and blended learning formats. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals passionate about eLearning and content development. *Key Responsibilities* * Analyze client requirements and design effective learning solutions aligned with business goals * Develop instructional content, storyboards, and course structures for ILT, WBT, and blended learning programs * Create engaging content for technical, functional, and soft skills training programs * Design scripts for videos, animations, simulations, and interactive eLearning modules * Collaborate with SMEs, graphic designers, developers, and animators during content development * Conduct research and identify content gaps to improve learning effectiveness * Apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies in content creation * Review and revise content based on internal and client feedback * Ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions within project timelines * Maintain compliance with eLearning standards such as SCORM, AICC, and accessibility guidelines * Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in instructional design and eLearning *Required Skills* * Good written and verbal communication skills * Strong creativity and storytelling ability * Understanding of instructional design concepts and learning methodologies * Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Lectora is preferred * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and quality standards * Basic knowledge of MS Office tools *Core Competencies* * Communication & Presentation Skills * Team Collaboration & Coordination * Time Management & Multitasking * Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking * Adaptability and Willingness to Learn * Feedback Management and Continuous Improvement *Qualifications* Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline Specialization in Education, Instructional Design, English, Mass Communication, or related fields is an added advantage Freshers with strong communication and content development skills are encouraged to apply Regards, Placement Team
