Our product range includes Hand Grip Spray, Liquid Chalk, SPF Sunscreen, and Epsom Salt. We sell through Amazon India and our D2C website while actively growing our presence across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. *About the Role* We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media & Performance Marketing Intern to help grow Gameonglow's digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, understands social media trends, and wants hands-on experience in performance marketing and brand building. Your work will go live, your ideas will be implemented, and your impact will be measurable. *Key Responsibilities* * Social Media & Content Creation * Plan, create, shoot, and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. * Design engaging carousel posts, stories, and promotional creatives using Canva. * Manage the content calendar and maintain a consistent posting schedule. * Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement across social platforms. * Stay updated on sports, fitness, skincare, and social media trends to generate fresh content ideas. * Performance Marketing Support * Create ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. * Assist with audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning. * Support A/B testing of creatives and messaging. * Track campaign performance metrics such as Reach, Engagement, CTR, CPC, and ROAS. * Prepare weekly performance reports with key insights and recommendations. *Who Should Apply* * Students or recent graduates interested in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Performance Marketing. * Proficient in Canva and comfortable using video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects. * Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is a plus. * Strong communication, creativity, and storytelling skills. * Sports, fitness, or gym enthusiasts are highly preferred. * Self-driven individuals who can work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback. *What You'll Gain* * Monthly stipend with performance-based incentives. * Hands-on experience managing a real D2C brand's social media presence. * Direct mentorship from the founder. * Exposure to Amazon, D2C marketing, content strategy, and paid advertising. * Certificate of Completion and Letter of Recommendation. * Flexible working hours and remote work environment. *Regards* , Placement Team
