Job Description Actively participates in discussing the client\ 's core message & target audience Understand design/ brand brief and come up with visually inventive & original ideas and design ( in line with client\ 's/ brand\ 's objectives) . Working closely with the Art Director to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the client\ 's brief; Responsible for conceptual development & concepts to both the clients & the team The inspiring voice that leads the team to develop brand & strategy Highly developed strategic set of copywriting & strong conceptual thinking skills The ideal candidate will have experience in print communications both promotional/ advertising and collateral/ TV/ Radio Jingles etc. Ability to push the boundaries of creative excellence Proven understanding of content management and usability principles and practices Proven experience with command in new ideas and new formats that can bring about a freshness in the manner brands communicate A talent with the spirit of innovation confidence & growth Exceptionally strategic in ideation & proof reading skills Behavioral Attributes: Highly creative strategic aggressive & imaginative Possess excellent written & interpersonal skills Understands different language styles that appeal to various target markets Personality with convincing skills Team player gels well in a team Patient to work under work pressure Have an interest in new advertising trends & techniques; strive for doing creative work
