Description
As a Recruitment Coordination Specialist you will work closely with the program specialists/recruiters. Executing the coordination and candidate relationship management (CRM) activities for the contractor hiring process which includes interview scheduling BGV monitoring and follow-up and physical on-boarding. You will require to collaborate with business SPS vendors for managing logistics and onboarding needs which also includes PO generation and adhering to compliance. • Independently manage end-to-end interview coordination CRM activities and contractor logistics which includes contractor onboardings extensions and separations • Effectively communicate with the vendors candidates and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality • Establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders hiring managers recruiter vendor candidates SPS etc. • Execute scheduling requests accurately within SLAs • Maintain a critical eye for the tools and resources necessary for smooth running of the business • Managing requisitions of onboarding separations and extensions for contractors through timely updates in the internals system like SAP Ariba and other internal databases
