Should have good knowledge on Technical Publication and related Tools Familiar with CRM systems and practices knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM is preferred Previous experience in Customer service organization required Aftermarket Customer Service experience is preferred Knowledge of various technical publications such as Structural Repair Manual Component Maintenance Manual Aircraft Maintenance Manual Service Bulletins Airworthiness Directives etc. Basic knowledge of EASA/FAA requirements and Associated Repair Documentations Prior experience of working on medical equipment or health care systems. Under general supervision responsible for writing technical copy for various operation and maintenance manuals and technical publications. Prepares written text and coordinates layout and organization of manuals and other documents according to prepared outlines and specifications. Researches available technical data including drawings design reports equipment and test specifications. May work with engineers and other technical personnel to clarify document contents. In depth understanding on Cleaning Inspection Repair Disassembly Assembly of Aero/Automotive/Rail products Experienced with Aerospace writing standards like S1000D ISpec 2200 and ATA100 Proficient in written and spoken English including usage of AECMA simplified technical English Familiar with Quality standards and ability to analyze and understand changes based on Service bulletins part drawings and manufacturing processes Proficient in Technical illustration and standards. Use of 3D models to derive 2D flat views for illustrations
