Roles and Responsibilities
Medico marketing / Clinical Strategy:
Develop brand plan/strategy SWOT analysis / indications / brand positioning / Strategic intent / Action plans
Develop clear medical communications for better in-clinic discussions
Update marketing teams on latest developments in respective Therapy Areas.
Develop & support implementation of therapy level initiatives
Deliver lectures at various CMEs, Scientific Symposiums & Round Tables etc.
Develop medical plan & strategies to support the products to achieve short- and long-term objectives in alignment with overall business goals
New Product Evaluation:
Support teams in identifying new molecules / extensions NDDS with detailed evaluation and alignment with therapy / brand strategy for portfolio fitment
Medico-marketing strategy for new products finalization
Clinical Studies & Publication:
Development of clinical programs supporting the brand strategy
Support global team in execution of global clinical trials & regulatory strategy for approvals. (Ex: Clinical strategy & regulatory pathway for biosimilars in Ophthalmology)
Communication & Promotional Material Approval:
Review Medico-marketing strategy & Certify promo and non-promo material & communications to HCPs
KOL engagement & Development:
Identify, Develop & Engage KOLs / KBLs / International Speakers for various medical initiatives.
Provide medical insight & strategies for national/international conferences, workshops / round table meet etc.
Support in National & Global Advisory Boards / Scientific Symposium etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
MD Pharmacology / MBBS Fresher or BAMS / BHMA/ MPharma with good experience in Medico Marketing would be ideal candidate
