Customer service should be the motto of the person. The candidate should be well versed in the Stocks and Commodity market. Strong focus on client acquisition, and client servicing with good sales acumen. Should have relevant work experience (Freshers with zeal to work in the same field are also welcome). Must have a positive and professional customer service attitude. The candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Should have good communication skills (verbal & written).

Role and Responsibilities

• To provide research-based advisory services to existing and new clients with the help of the research team. To promote the company's advisory services packages and generate revenues. To advise clients about the company's recommendation. Retails & HNI client acquisition & maintaining healthy client relationships. To send market updates and news to clients regularly via WhatsApp. Ensuring regular availability of Research material and inputs to the clients. Keeping a record of all in-bound leads received in an internal CRM.
