Roles and Responsibilities Work to plan and track Testing schedule and capacity Manual testing for ECC and SuccessFactors implementations (Create and execute test cases) Functional testing of the implementation along with integrations of other upstream and downstream apps such as SWIFT, Payroll, Benefits etc., (Integration Testing, Payroll Testing, Regression Testing, Performance Testing and Service Rehearsal) Core Employee Central Testing and Custom Applications for Employee Central Core+ Swift, Fieldglass, GPS, Conduent, Payroll (ECC), HANA, MDM, OPM and other Large Applications Downstream / Upstream Upstream ServiceNow, Salesforce, Avature and others Downstream Large group of applications Use Microfocus (formerly HP) ALM for Test Management, creation, execution and defect tracking (also include set up of ALM) Report Progress, Status and quality Conduct defect triages and track defects to closure Experience: 4+ yrs
