Description
As a UX researcher, you will be responsible for adding value to our users by understanding how they think, see, feel, and do. You will be responsible for communicating and translating such needs into action items that designers and product managers can work upon. In your role, you will be collaborating with various stakeholders, founders, product managers, designers, and other UX researchers to understand what user business problems need to be solved and figure out ways to achieve the user business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in design, psychology, or equivalent practical experience in user research is preferred
Experience with design and user research via different research methods (but not limited to) usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys.
Strong understanding of the pros and cons of different research methods, including knowing when and how to apply them throughout the product cycle.
Good facilitation skills to train and create systems to enable partner teams (product management and design) to conduct research with minimal support.
