Description
The DC Benefits Administrator is responsible for operational tasks associated with defined contribution plans in compliance with plan provisions. The Administrator assists in maintaining pension data, payment and payroll administration and calculates benefits. The Administrator expected to pursue continued education by taking and passing professional examinations.
Responsibilities
Research participant records, process payroll, qualifications, payments and reconciliation
Provide support for special projects and other tasks as needed
Ensures quality service for existing clients by proactively identifying potential problems/solutions and producing timely and accurate work products.
Accurately bills time to ensure client s billings are correct.
Ensures all work product is reviewed according to Milliman s peer review guidelines.
Assists other team members in case of volume spikes to help in meeting team targets
