We are Hiring Freshers for SAP PLM. Graduates from 2021 Batch can apply.
Roles and Responsibilities
The role would require individuals to conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise wide systems in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain. The individual will work on supporting, maintaining, and upgrading some of the following PLM applications:
1. SAP DMS (Document Management System)
2. SAP Engineering Change Management
3. SAP Engineering Control Center (ECTR) CAD integration with Creo and Solidworks tools
4. SAP Environment Health & Safety Management (EHSM)
5. Nextlabs Enterprise Digital Rights Management
6. SAP PLC - Product Lifecycle Costing
7. Cideon Conversion Engine
8. SAP Visual Enterprise
Primary responsibilities would include:
1. Working closely with senior team members and other IT and business super users to capture, document, and verify the requirements of the project stakeholders and end users.
2. Delivery of Functional and Technical design documents for solution development.
3. Development of solutions in SAP PLM functional modules by configuring the SAP system and/or carrying out ABAP/any other development as needed.
4. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance practices like root cause analysis to remove and prevent defects.
5. The candidate filling this role will have an opportunity to learn multiple applications within PLM and even outside of the PLM domain for cross-functional requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience
1. Must have an analytical approach to problem solving.
2. Coding experience at graduate level (in any language) is preferred.
3. Should understand basic development lifecycle methodologies.
4. Any knowledge of SAP preferred but not required.
5. Strong excel skills are preferred.
6. Ability to communicate effectively and fluently.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
8. Ability to add a diverse perspective to any discussion.
9. Goal-oriented, innovative, and quick learner, willing to work on new challenges.
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) or Masters Degree
Internship experience preferred
