10+ years of experience in product experience. Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent. Led a team of 2+ Product Managers for 2 years or more Exposure to FinTech and Credit domains. Experience creating and contributing to product roadmap and evangelizing the product vision. Track record of solving complex challenges and completing large-scale projects from initiation to delivery. Experience working directly and cross-functionally with engineers, other PMs, and related stakeholders. Strong technical understanding of systems. Be able to contribute to design/architecture decisions to align with product vision. Strong quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills Ability to persuade/influence all levels of the organization using excellent verbal and written communication. Strong work ethic. Self-starting personality who can problem solve and develop creative solutions. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Role and Responsibilities

• Launch products: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond. Own and execute go-to-market plans. Grow both existing and new products. Product Research & conceptualization: Understand customer pain points in a hands-on manner and conceptualize and solve for those, end to end across all company products. Analyze and educate the business on the market dynamics, trends and our competition. Devise Product Strategy: Define long term strategy and break down overall strategy into roadmap and own the backlog. Responsibility for Product experience and delivery: Own responsibility and accountability for the product experience and associated OKRs to achieve the product vision and create impact. You will own high-level strategic initiatives, but also need to roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. Tech orientation and depth: Good technical understanding of systems, scalability, and API design. Be able to contribute to design/architecture decisions to align with product vision. Evangelization: Drive product adoption and evangelization amongst customers, partners, and product teams. Be the authority on product and be an advocate and early adopter for your products. Manage Team and stakeholders: Influence all levels of the organization using excellent verbal and written communication. You will hire and coach team members and assess their performance. Build and Measure products: Collaborate with Engineering to build high-quality scalable intuitive products. Produce well thought through specifications and collaborate on agile practices. Define, implement, and own metrics to monitor and communicate product performance, validate hypothesis, refine content and experience.
