Job description Roles and Responsibilities Analyze real estate data to find insights and predict trends for residential and commercial properties - Coordinate with the larger team (10+) of data analysts, developers, and designers. - identify trends and generate hypotheses about the product through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement reporting solutions driven by business requirements - Design experiments and interpret results to draw detailed and impactful conclusions -developing data models to meet the needs of the organization's information systems.

Role and Responsibilities

• Desired Candidate Profile Key Requirements: - Advance Knowledge Google Sheet App scripting languages and database concepts -Knowledge of Basic Statistics required -A consistent track record of performing data analysis using scripting language (Python, etc) and/or experience with a programming language -Knowledge of analytical tools like power bi, tableau (optional) and advanced Excel -Excellent communication and presentation skills
