Position: SAP HR Coordinator Location: Gurgaon Employment type: Permanent Job type: Full time Profile Summary: IGT is looking to hire a SAP HR Coordinator as a part of the GRO/Payroll team to drive and execute success factors functionalities, Support ESS. Primary Job Responsibility: Candidate should have a sound knowledge of Success Factor functionalities like EC, PMS Candidate should have worked on resolving user related queries The job role requires to support ESS module like employee login, navigation related issues for all locations but not limited to APAC, US and Europe regions Any user related queries related to change in biographics, employment should be performed in SF Job role is required to adhere to timeline for query resolutions as defined by IGT Publishing weekly/monthly dashboard reports related to queries received vs resolved within/beyond TAT as per query category Should have basic knowledge of excel Should have worked in Successfactors platform for 1-2 years. Education and Essential Experience: Should be graduate Should have basic Excel Knowledge Should have work experience in Success Factors
